Daily keeps me honest. If I were to let one day go, it's a slippery slope in my world. HA!
As for the Canon Ivy, I love it. It's not like the photos are outstanding, but they are perfect for a project like this. Plus, I think the world needs more printed photos, ya know?
Love this reminder. I just have to calm my brain enough to sit and write- Even just a little bit. Even Thank you notes, i have a hard time doing.... there's always something else to do!! I even bought a note book titled One Day... and you are supposed to write something 'every' day or when ever you want. I think I sold the uncracked book in a garage sale. :)
Even just a little bit is a great thing. As long as it is what's important to you. Maybe the One Day didn't get a cracked spine because that sort of memory making isn't important or the way you want to do it. I'm all about finding what works for us individually.
I love the idea of printing photos! I stood for awhile in front of a board that is filled with my kids + family photos this morning and thought, I need to print more pictures! Thanks for inspiring me Woz ❤️ xo Carla
From a fellow Field Notes fan, I loved this! There is a FB group called Field Nuts where folks geek out about the books and all kind of related stationery stuff like pencils and pens and stickers. It's very inspiring!
Hey there Woz! Thank you for this idea - for many years I wrote my dreams every morning, I journaled and drew and generally had a book nearby to write in. But since being widowed everything changed. I just don't feel called to write all the time. THIS idea of yours really lands for me, though. Just a little bit of something to write about every day...no pressure, just ease. In my case, I will make the little books however - many years of bookbinding take me to that place of making the whole thing myself!
I also loved seeing a current picture of you. Beautiful you. -A
Annah! Such a joy to "hear" from you, friend. I know you will make the perfect little books for this! Learning bookbinding is on my creative bucket list for sure. So dreamy :)
I LOVE this idea! I used FN as my daily journal and fill the books up quickly with my random thoughts. The idea of a daily snap shot though is just great! Going to give it a try! Thank you!!
Very inspiring! Now I want to do this. I feel like my entries would get repetitive though - "admired flowers outside my window" every day for as long as they're in bloom.
Wouldn't a tiny notebook with pages about flowers in bloom be so wonderful? Plus, it's a true snapshot of that point in time. Just think of all the other things you'll start to notice, too. ❤️
Love love love these! I can relate to struggling to keeping up daily. But I think daily-ish is perfect and human.
How do you like the tiny printer? I’ve been toying with getting one for ages.

I agree! I like pasting them into my books as a record.
Love this. Thank you for sharing. 🙏
Thank YOU for being here with me.

The Field Note story!
You’re so Dialed In.
Love your overview!
Have a Great Day!
I know Neko made it on a page too! 😊😊😊
Neko always makes the page!

Field Nuts! Oh, that is THE BEST name.
This is great. I bounce between A5 and A6 but always go back to my FN’s. This has inspired me as I am currently traveling through Southeast Asia.
Returning to Field Notes is like coming home...something about it just feels right. Safe travels! :)
Hi Woz! This is absolutely amazing and so inspiring. Thank you for putting this out into the world! 🙌✨💖🎉
Awww, thanks, Nancy! I'm so glad it resonated with you so much. :D

Fun read thanks Woz
Thank you, Pat!
I love this idea. I was recently gifted a little mini primer I can connect to my iPhone and I love it. New month so I plan to start your idea. Thanks
Hooray for mini printers and a fresh plan. I'm cheering you on, Amanda!
I just love this! And I didn't even know such a printer existed.
Thanks, Maija! And isn't that little printer just the best idea?!
Such a great idea 💡
Thanks, Donna! :)

I love the versatility of the little pocket notebook. So many uses. 😁

Love this! I’ve got a bunch of Field Notes just sat waiting to be used, going to give this a go
Thanks, Dave! Definitely give it a whirl. It will be a reason to get even more Field Notes, too. 😉
Oh, I don't need any help on that score! :-D
Most of us don't. 🤣
